Training Southwest was formed at the beginning of 2007 to provide First Aid and Defibrillation training. All our trainers are qualified medical professionals, most of whom work for NHS ambulance services. At Training Southwest we believe in providing and facilitating the highest quality, affordable and enjoyable First Aid and Defibrillation training. It is our aim that all students who attend our courses would leave with the knowledge and confidence to carry out any procedure that they have been taught. We have a full range of training aids that include full audio visual equipment and resuscitation mannequins for a maximum ratio of 1:3 students. As our trainers are experienced medical professionals we can add something to our courses that lay trainers simply cannot. My name is Trish Davies and I am a professional Pilates and fitness instructor teaching in the fitness industry for 20 years. I am based in Nailsea, North Somerset and work in the Bristol area. I am a qualified fitness instructor teaching a variety of classes including dance aerobics, body conditioning and Matwork pilates. I am a Certified Stott Pilates Reformer instructor and a Modern Pilates Matwork and personal practioner and trainer.
